Let’s talk about what went wrong

Last week was Small Business Week in Canada and this gave us an opportunity to reflect on life as SME owners. It is an experience full of challenges, sacrifices, long hours and lessons. So. Many. Lessons.

Here at Rock-Tech we are right in the middle of a period of substantial growth. Great, right? Well, yes, it is. But it certainly hasn’t come without plenty of bumps in the road. One thing that our team has learned and that I try to exemplify every day is that there is value in every experience – whether it’s a resounding success or an epic failure.
