Frequent asked questions

A SatStat® fuel station is a compact, self-contained fueling system designed for underground mining operations. It provides a safe and efficient way to dispense fuel to mining equipment, reducing the need for manual refueling and minimizing the risk of accidents.

The SatStat fuel station can be refilled using a variety of methods, including:

Direct Tank Filling: Fuel can be directly pumped into the station's tank.

Fuel Transfer Pump: A portable pump can be used to transfer fuel from a bulk tank to the SatStat.

Fuel Delivery Truck: A specialized fuel delivery truck can refill the station.

It is not recommended to use a fuel station to dispense oil. Because the oil needs specific equipment, such as pumps, hoses, and nozzles, must be compatible with oil. Additionally, safety measures and regulatory compliance for oil handling must be strictly followed. SatStat® has specific models for lubricant stations for better efficiency and productivity.
