Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Technology
- 3D Modeling (Preferably SolidWorks)
- Ability to follow process and procedure guidelines.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to model and visualize moving components in 3D.
- 4-5 years relevant engineering experience
- Knowledge of welding and machining processes
- Effective knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare detailed drawings for manufacturing from 3D models.
- Help interpret engineering changes from manufacturing to CAD.
- Aide in composing and editing engineering documentation.
- Creation of parts, assembly, service, and maintenance manuals
- Create burn table nesting profiles for cutting sheet metal.
- Assist in projects from kickoff to commissioning.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of design and test data, including BOMs, specifications, and testing reports.
- Effectively communicate with vendors to streamline product implementation.
- Provide help to production with Quality Assurance of various components.
- Receive feedback from assembly floor or customers, determining root causes and proposing solutions.
- Contribute positively to our current PDM vault system and help streamline our workflows.
Salary, Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Salary: TBD based on experience
- Permanent full-time position based on a 40-hour work week

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
